Have I mentioned that I LOVE senior portraits?  Well, I do.  I’ve always enjoyed working with this age group (I was, after all, a high school teacher for years), but with only so many hours in the day, there hasn’t been much time to focus on building this part of our business.  Newborns certainly keep us the busiest, however now that we have a team of editors and designers here at the studio, we will be unrolling some amazing senior packages for the seniors of 2012.  All of you juniors out there, next summer is the time to get your portraits done so start looking at photographers this year so you can find someone you love and book them in time.  Last week I headed to Newport for a beach session with K.  It couldn’t have been a more perfect night.  The clouds made for an amazing sunset and K was up for anything!  I’m so excited to show you the full gallery K!

J and A were in this week for their maternity portrait session and we had such a ball!  We started in the studio and then headed outdoors for some variety.  Mom had the most fabulous wardrobe and killer shoes.  A girl after my own heart!  I can’t wait to meet their new fashionista!

Baby R came to the studio this week to celebrate her first birthday in style!  Mom had the most adorable outfit for her and we decked out the set to match her theme.  My favorite shot is her crawling away in that tutu!  Enjoy your preview!

Check out that hair!  Baby R was all girl and I just adored her curls.  She was an alert little lady, but she let us take a few shots in between her feedings and we ended up with some adorable stuff!  How could we not with that face??  Enjoy your preview mom and dad.

Still getting caught up on last week’s previews!  This little angel and her family came down from Boston for her newborn portraits last week and we had such a great time!  It was super hot in the studio, but MK absolutely loved it!  Enjoy your preview!

Finally, a baby girl to break our streak of boys!  Last year it seemed that every newborn was a girl. This summer however the boys seem to be making a comeback in the delivery room!  Well sweet baby C brought flowers and ruffles back into the studio for me last week.  We got some adorable shots of her sleeping away in our different sets.  Can’t wait to show you the rest mom and dad! 

This little cutie pie has been a joy to photograph over the past months and last week we had a ball celebrating his first birthday.  He was adorable and smiley as always.  I couldn’t believe what a big boy he looked like standing up in his little jeans.  And, check out the park!  The first leaves are already falling.  I cant wait to get some shots out there with the new 85mm.  Enjoy your preview!

This fun family made their way down to the studio last week for some family maternity portraits.  It was over a year ago that A and I talked to set up maternity portraits for her first baby girl, C.  Well C made an early entrance and we never made it to our session date.  Now gorgeous C is already 1 year old and about to be a big sister!  Enjoy your preview W family.  It was great seeing you all again!  Can’t wait to meet the new addition.

Baby C was my only newborn representing the girls last week and she was a complete doll!  A perfect little doll face and lashes to die for.  She was just such a joy to photograph.  Even when she woke up at the end, she stared right in to the camera for some beautiful portraits!  Enjoy your preview mom and dad!

Baby R was our third newborn boy in last week and I was pretty sure he would be as fiesty as the first few.  He started the session very alert, but after an hour of cuddling and feeding, he finally gave in to the sand man!  Then he rocked through our sets and we got some simply adorable portraits!  Enjoy your sneak peak mom and dad.
