It was only fitting that we head outdoors for a part of A’s newborn session. The beach has been a love of her parents since they fell in love themselves. When you’re working in the mid-day sun outdoors with a newborn, you’re limited to where you can shoot, but we were lucky to find a perfect little patch of shade with the sparkling blue water as our backdrop. A snuggled in for some of my favorite newborn portraits I’ve ever taken! Before heading outdoors, A rocked her traditional portraits inside our studio as well! We captured all of the classics and a sweet little beach set up inside before we took it outdoors. Caroline found the baby sized surfboard a few weeks ago and I knew I had to have it for my shoot with baby A. I crafted a little headband out of shells just before her session to complete the look!
