The Heidi Hope session fee is paid in advance to secure your chosen date. It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking with at least 48 hours notice. Special consideration is made for maternity and newborn sessions. After submitting your session fee, your appointment dates will be secured and you will be mailed a welcome package with details about your session along with your portrait agreement. We will also schedule your planning appointment with Heidi and your purchasing appointment at the time of booking.
The session fee does not include any images, either prints or digital negatives; these must be purchased separately. Session fees include photographer’s time and talent, pre session welcome package, extensive post session editing to the photographer’s style, portrait preview, online gallery hosting, order preparation and fulfillment, and custom design work.
In The Studio
The Heidi Hope Studio Session
Our studio session is a relaxed 1 hour (newborns approximately 2 hours) session at Heidi’s natural light studio in Warwick, RI. A studio session includes access to a variety of different set-ups, background choices and to Heidi’s large selection of props. Clients may pick it all out when they arrive and during their planning appointment with Heidi. The studio session may even include a cake smash and balloons for birthday sessions compliments of Sweet Indulgence! The Heidi Hope Studio is wonderful for maternity, newborns, babies, children, families, seniors and couples.
The Heidi Hope Studio is open Monday – Friday 9 am- 5 pm.
Studio or Local Outdoor Session $ 250
Studio Newborn Session $ 350
During the warmer weather months (May-October only) clients may select a local outdoor preference for any studio sessions when booking. Outdoor “studio” sessions can be booked at Rodger Williams park free of charge or at another location with in 25 miles of Warwick RI 02888 for $25. In the event of rain, all outdoor sessions booked as studio sessions are moved back to the studio and can not be rescheduled based on weather. If you would like an outdoor session exclusively with the option of rescheduling based on weather, please see the Outdoor Sessions offered below.
NEW! The Litte Star Studio Session! $150
The Litte Star Studio session is perfect for families wanting to capture the personality and memorable stage of a single child or baby. From their first smiles, to starting preschool, to loosing their first tooth, or graduating highschool, life is full of milestones for your little ones that you will want to smile back upon for a lifetime. The Little Star Studio session lasts approximately 45 minutes, is for one child only, and may include up to 3 outfits/ sets.
Outdoor and On location Sessions
For clients who prefer Heidi travel to them, we also offer outdoor and on-location sessions up to 60 miles from the Heidi Hope Studio. Heidi will give you her whole day, coming to you to capture you and your loved ones in the comfort of your home or favorite location. Please note that due to our current high demand, there is a minimum $500 investment after all portrait sessions. This is to limit the number of sessions we take on a weekly basis, maintain flexibility in our schedule for our baby clients and ensure the highest quality of product and service for every session we book. Sessions book approximately 1-2 months in advance.
All of our rates are subject to change at any time. Booking your session by submitting your session fee guarantees our current portrait rates. Rescheduled sessions are subject to the prices current at the time of rescheduling.
Travel
Due to our schedule, Heidi generally does not travel over 60 miles without significant notice. Travel throughout the country is available, please inquire.
Specials and Savings
Specials will run on occasion and can be found advertised on the blog and facebook. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non negotiable unless booked through a special promotion. Print and product rates for all customers are those current at the time of their booking, therefore may vary from client to client. Paying your session fee guarantees the print prices listed at the time of your booking.
Specials will run in the fall for on location holiday family sessions, and in the summer for on location senior sessions. Gift Certificates
Premium Gift Certificates for Heidi Hope Photography are available in any amount. Gift Certificates make beautiful shower gifts for the expecting mom or thoughtful Holiday and birthday presents. Gift certificates are for a dollar amount only. Clients must call to book their own session with us.
Policies
All prints and products are subject to your state’s sales tax and shipping when applicable. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Heidi does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with customers to approve designs and custom work before orders are placed. Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. Prints and products arrive 4-6 weeks after payment is received. Albums and keepsake boxes take approximately 10 weeks as they are cutom designed and hand made. Rush shipment is available on some items for an additional charge.
