This session was photographed in mid-May of last year, which happens to be the time that these stunning flowering trees are in full bloom. We’re coming up on this time again, so if anyone wants a similar look with ridiculously pretty pink flowers, give us a call! Of course you probably recognize A, our model who has become one of the faces of the senior brand. Her shoot is too good not to share again.
Exciting stuff is happening with the senior brand: we redesigned the look AND launched a new facebook page for updates. This website now holds all of the senior portraits info and sneak peeks. If you haven’t checked it out yet, head over there! We’d love it if you liked it.

K is The Cameo Agency’s newest teen model, and she sure deserves that spot at the agency! She rocked her shoot with us, and was so fun to hang out with for an afternoon. Also- notice the SUN and warm weather clothing? She might have been a tiny bit cold, but this shoot proves that Spring is here, and Summer isn’t far behind!
Good luck with auditions, K! We know you’ll go far! ~ Mariah

Prom is the best night of your high school years, so why not have awesome photos to look back on while you’re away at college? After going back and looking at my old prom photos I have no idea what I was thinking! Now after working here at Heidi Hope Photography I’ve learn the essential photos you’ll want to have for your memoires.
The best part of prom is spending the night with all your best friends, so it is key you get great photos of you and your besties! Group shots are a great way to get all of your friends together, but instead of just formal photos try these fun ideas to get everyone involed.

A great fun trick is to use glitter. Take a hand full of glitter and blow it at the camera or throw it into the air. This makes a really cool sparkling effect, which will look fabulously with your gorgeous gowns.

Another creative shot would be to make signs about your prom, class, or even your date! Have some of your friends hold them and have everyone else celebrating or try some funny faces! These will look great on your dorm wall.

Just like the glitter bringing in some fun little props can really make a photo stand out. Try using bubbles like in this shot; using props like this really lets everyone get involved.

Classic shots are always great photos to have as well. Have all your friends line up together, or everyone with their dates and strike a fabulous pose! Always make sure you get your individuals too! You’ll love having that photo of you with your best while you’re away at school.

Also make sure to get plenty of details pics of the little things like your jewelry, shoes, limo ride, and flowers! These photo’s look great when making a cool collage or in your prom Facebook album! They are easy to take seeing as there is no posing involved, just everyone enjoying their prom night. Don’t forget to grab a shot with your parents, this is a big night for them too! The best going away gift is a beautiful photo of your family and you while looking your best. They’ll look back on those images for years to come!
